Menu Anchor element activates animate scroll to action to this element when a link is clicked. Element popup contains following options;

1. Anchor id  -  Must be unique. Use this anchor id in your menu as a link.
2. Stop scroll  -  Set when to stop the scroll.
3. Stop before or after  -  How many px before/after the element to stop the scroll.
4. Scroll duration  -  Set scroll effect duration in milliseconds. 1000ms = 1s.
